A COUPLE OF IDEAS FOR BROCCOLI

LIGHTLY PICKLY . . .

Put salt on broccoli in a jar.
Leave it overnight in the fridge.
Pour the water off.
Mix garlic with some oil and a Tbsp. of vinegar.
Pour that over the broccoli; leave it overnight in the fridge.
Eat.

A GLAZED LOOK . . .

Stir-fry the broccoli.
Make the sauce and mix it with the broccoli.
